"This is an amazingly powerful portable air conditioner. The best I have seen bar none. After getting home from work on a hot summer day, this unit can cool off the room within a very few minutes.
Definitely a big winner in my book. It was easy to install the window kit in the glass sliding door [...](it weighs 75 pounds but rolls around on the hardwood floors effortlessly with two fingers).
The only characteristic that I could nitpick is the that unit is a little more noisy than expected but it does make sense when you realize that the entire unit sits inside your room whereas a window unit is mostly outside.
In summary I am happy to highly recommend this unit because of its immense power reasonable size and simple window installation kit.
If your goal is to beat the heat, I can't think of a unit that is as good as this Sunpentown."
