Got this unit for half price during the before Christmas sales and wasn't sure how it would work. To my surprise, it's one of the best touch screen movie and music players that's non iPod and even has an expandable memory card slot up to 32 GB. It also has built-in speakers.I read the other problems that people had but didn't encounter any of those. However, the movies loaded are all wmv format and not MP4. But, all my music is in mp3 format and the player accepts both wmw and mp3 formats.
I don't know if it will work with iTunes since the only software I've used is Windows Media Player to upload music and movies. I'm giving the player 4 stars instead of 5 because the volume control on video playback doesn't work.
It'll just play at one volume level even if you set it at 1 or 25. But, if connecting with external speaker with volume control, the volume can be controlled just fine.
The music playback volume can be adjusted and does not have this same problem. In summary, it's worth the SALE price for all it's functions.
